Note: ALL deposits are non-refundable.

Conditions:

  • All bookings are on first come, first serve basis.

  • We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or missing items.

  • Travel insurance is not included in the trip price.

  • Price is for one spot on the retreat.

  • Total payment must be made 30 days prior to the retreat start date.

Cancellation:

61 days or more before the retreat:

-Payment will be reimbursed except for deposit.  There will also be a $100 fee applied for cancellation.  All deposits are non-refundable.  

60 days or less before the retreat:

-Payment will not be reimbursed. 

In the event that the instructor cancels the retreat, all payment will be reimbursed that you have made through our booking platform.  *Please note that any additional costs will NOT be reimbursed: travel costs, flights, additional accommodation.  


*Note: This retreat is located on the island of Moorea in French Polynesia.  We recommend to fly into Faa'a, Tahiti International Airport (PPT) and have a flight that lands the morning of Monday, April 8 or prior.  If flying from the US, there is a flight from LAX to PPT on April 7th at 11:40 PM and lands in Tahiti on April 8 at 5:00 am, which would be ideal.  If you are arriving early or staying after the retreat, contact us and we can recommend places at different price points.  

There are also routes from Sydney & Auckland. 

The retreat will begin on Monday afternoon, April 8.  

There is also an airport in Moorea but it is generally much more expensive.  

Disclaimer:

-All deposits are non-refundable.

-You will need a valid passport to enter French Polynesia.

-U.S. passports are allowed 90 days in French Polynesia without a visa (it is part of Europe so make sure you haven't already used all 90/180 days- contact us for more info on this.)
